Our state-of-the art commissary is located in Midtown Manhattan, one block south of Bryant Park. We have 10,000 square feet of high-volume capacity, which allows our 24 hour culinary teams to prepare fresh food from scratch and batch cook for each order. Our method allows more variety and diversity in our menus, and freshness to our clients.
