All orders delivered Monday - Friday require a $200.00 food and beverage minimum spend before 20% administrative fee and NYS tax. All weekend deliveries require a $4,000.00 food and beverage minimum spend before 20% administrative fee and NYS tax.
Orders cancelled the business day prior will incur a 50% charge. Orders cancelled on the same day will incur a 100% charge. Any specialty and custom items are subject to 100% cancellation charge.
Events canceled or postponed within 72-hours of your scheduled event call time will result in 100% forfeiture of deposit. If the number of required staff decreases within 48-hours of the scheduled event call time, a payment of the 4-hour minimum for canceled staff is required. All rental equipment cancellations must be received no later than 12:00 PM two days prior to scheduled delivery. Failing to meet this deadline may result in a restocking fee for rental equipment.
We deliver to all five boroughs. Delivery fees apply to areas outside of Manhattan. By request, we are able to deliver outside of the city, however it is it up to our discretion. Please reach out to a member of our team to see if we would be the right fit for your out-of-town event!
We offer a variety of menu options to fit your needs! Our standard Catering Menu is perfect for drop-off orders that do not require staffing, such as individually boxed meals, simple internal catered meetings, a “lunch and learn”, or even platters for a small happy hour! The presentation can be upgraded from disposables to china if desired, for a small fee. Items on this menu travel well, meaning a chef is not required to compose these dishes onsite. Our Full-Service Conference Menu is ideal for all-day conferences through multiple meal periods that need an elevated service and look. The Full-Service Events menu is designed for cocktail parties, seated dinners, large reception buffets, and the like. The elevated menu items on both the Full-Service Menus need to be prepared onsite by a member of our culinary team. Waitstaff and rentals are also required at an additional charge. Please reach out of a member of our team as the Full-Service menus are very involved and require a great deal of logistics and planning prior to the event.
They do! We change our menus twice yearly, once for the Fall/Winter season and once for the Spring/Summer season. We keep some of the classics and our client favorites but we also introduce new items with delicious ingredients that are in season and local to the area.
a. STANDARD
Our standard presentation includes compostable trays and bowls made from fallen palm leaves, balsa wood, or sugarcane. The flatware is compostable cornstarch utensils and the plates are made from sugarcane. The napkins are linen-like, made from recycled materials. If ordering beverages, you will receive PLA 9oz tumblers and/or paper coffee cups with PLA lids.
c. CHINA PRESENTATION | 20% fee
China presentation includes china serving platters, china bowls, and silver serving utensils. The flatware is compostable cornstarch utensils, and the plates are made from fallen palm leaves. The napkins are linen-like, made from recycled materials. If ordering beverages, you will receive PLA 9oz tumblers and/or paper coffee cups with PLA lids. The fee is 20% of your total order.
d. FULL CHINA RENTALS | minimum of $1,000
If you would like a more sophisticated presentation, rentals are required and include glassware, silverware, china platters, china plates, china bowls, silver serving utensils, china coffee cups and linen napkins. The minimum fee starts at $1,000.00 and increases depending on guest count and final order details. A minimum of 4 business days from delivery is required for order finalization or rush fees may apply.
All regular Catering orders and Full Service events come with tent cards listing all menu dishes and denotes if a dish is gluten free or vegan. Our individually boxed meals come labeled with all components listed and with the option to add each guest’s name. Full Service events offer custom designed menu cards on request.
Savory is fully committed to continuing the drive towards becoming the vanguard of sustainability and conscientious purchasing in corporate workplace services and catering. Through several programs, we strive every day to do our part in reducing waste and encourage sustainable practices. We use a large percentage of eco-friendly packaging, much of which is plant-based and fully compostable such as sugarcane plates and cups, and cutlery and lids made from corn. Our catering disposables are made from plant-based and fully compostable materials, such as plates made from fallen palm leaves or sugarcane, balsa wood platters, napkins made from recycled materials, and cornstarch cutlery. We pride ourselves on offering menus that include something for every dietary preference, whether that is gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, etc. We also use third party vendors for any kosher or halal requests. If you or someone in your party have allergies to any ingredients, please let a member of our team know and we are happy to accommodate. Please note, while we can omit allergens, our food is still processed in a facility that handles all types of food including the 8 most common allergens (soy, eggs, shellfish, tree nuts, wheat, milk, fish, and peanuts).
Savory is not a kosher or halal kitchen, but we work with great third party vendor partners for these requests. Please contact us for more information or to place an order.

Certificates of insurance (COIs) are documents containing all the essential details of an insurance policy in an easily digestible, standardized format. Our COI is intended to prove our policy's status, provide quick access to its coverage details, reduce risk exposure, and protect against third-party liability. COIs are usually required by each building before we are allowed to enter. In order to request a COI, please first send your building’s sample COI to a member of our team.
Absolutely! We love creating these special touches. Please allow up to a one week turnaround time for a quote on a custom item. Please be aware once a custom item is confirmed, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
